Sheesh. Bring back the guillotine? It's 2009. Humans have not progressed in how many thousands of years?
Giuillotines wouldh have to have standards and special operating conditions. An axe only needs a strong guy who is not blind.
Actally we have made no progress since we came out of the muck.
